Good company with opportunity to promote

2 hour drive back and forth

Big company and great management

Too much work bad communication

Pay is good and brand name

Very US-centric sales-oriented engineering company. Aging workforce with very traditional outdated mindset. Lack of trust in foreign employees. A company that looks for "doers" rather than "leaders".

work enviroment very good for workforce

poor mgmt employee relationship with workforce

Most people from other company has a great respect to Lockheed employees, this is why I myself are proud to be one.

I have no regret to be part of Lockheed family.
