It is the worst place to work with a very bad management of black vision and mentality. If you are not white American you can not find a good job. The exclude indians, arabs, blacks from their list of hiring, and sometimes they make a real discrimination on ethnicity bases. Try to make a interview, be sure they will not tell you about the result when they decide to exclude you from the list, or they sent one guy instead of three and this guy will not hire you once he discover that you are smarter than him or you have expertise higher than the others working as managers or directors in this company.
